How is billing handled?

Billed annually by bank transfer. You receive a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice (Fatoora) every period, in Arabic or English depending on your preference.

What happens when Saudi VAT rates change?

You set the new rate with an effective date. The new rate applies only to payments generated after that date. Past payments, past schedules, and already-issued invoices stay exactly as they were.

It's a web app that works well on a phone browser. For most operators, rent tracking and reporting are desk work, and we've optimized for that, not for a small screen.

How do the WhatsApp reminders work?

We don't send anything on your behalf. We prepare the message in Arabic or English with the tenant name, amount, and due date already filled in. Tap a button and the message opens in your own WhatsApp. The send comes from your number.

Does the AI assistant speak Arabic?

If you ask in Arabic, you'll get an answer in Arabic. AI answers always come from your own data, and the assistant politely declines anything outside your portfolio.

How is my data secured?

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest. Access inside our team is restricted on a need-to-know basis with role-based controls and full audit logging. We follow modern security practices, with regular backups, isolated tenant data, and breach-notification procedures aligned with PDPL.

Can maintenance workers and accountants have their own logins?

Yes. Roles cover Admin, Editor (with per-feature permissions you tick on or off), Viewer, and worker accounts for maintenance staff. Editors and workers can be scoped to specific properties only, so a building manager sees their building, an accountant sees finance across the portfolio, and a maintenance worker sees only the work orders assigned to them.
